This recipe for Gluten-Free French Cauliflower Soup is one of my favorites to make in the summer with fresh cauliflower from the garden!  You can just as easily use frozen too.  Another reason I just love this soup is that it is EASY which seems to be an ongoing trend in all my delicious “dump and go” recipes.  Yet another reason this recipe is a winner is the rich, creamy taste…my whole family loves it.   This smooth recipe is a great way to get vegetables into their diet without them being conscious of it!

For the record, the French come up with the best recipes!

  1. Janelle,

I can hardly wait to try this soup! It sounds so delicious and I love that it can be made in the slow cooker!

  2. I hope you and your family will enjoy this Bridget!!

  3. I love cauliflower, but I tried a cauliflower soup several years ago and just didn’t like it. Maybe the cream would help. Might have to try it again. My favorite with cauliflower is cauliflower rice. http://www.lemoinefamilykitchen.com/2016/06/maple-bacon-french-toast-bake/

  4. Cream makes everything better 🙂
