Honey Glazed Salmon


This recipe is to die for!  Plus, it is Gluten Free and Paleo…and it even tastes fantastic!

One of my favorite reasons I love this recipe is because it is easy.  With a family of 8 my meal preparation needs to be simple and the food needs to be healthy and delicious.  This recipe meets all my criteria…Enjoy!



Serves 8



8 wild caught salmon fillets

1/4 cup melted butter or ghee

1/4 cup honey

2 TBS. lemon juice

1 TBS. chives

1 tsp. diced garlic

sea salt to taste



  1. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the salmon in a large glass or stainless steel bowl.  Mix well.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the honey mixture for one hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your oven to the low broil setting.
  4. Place the salmon in a large casserole dish.  Pouring the marinade mixture on top of the salmon fillets.
  5. Broil for 6 minutes and then flip the salmon.  Broil for 6 more minutes.
  6. Serve the HONEY GLAZED SALMON with a salad or vegetables…YUM!

    This definitely looks like a healthy, tasty dinner option. When I make salmon, I usually make it really spicy, so this would be different, for sure.
