Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Finding Keto desserts are hard.  The ketogenic diet does not allow any sweeteners that affect the body’s blood sugar level.  Stevia is one of only two acceptable sweeteners. A keto diet refers to a ketogenic diet, which is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carb diet. I am so happy to present this recipe for Keto Peanut Butter Cookies!  It took me four tries but persistence has paid off.

This recipe is gluten-free, sugar-free, Paleo, keto, grain-free, and dairy-free!
