Doesn’t this picture of Gluten-Free Honey Barbecue Sauce make your mouth water?!?
Mine is watering now and I just had this for lunch today, not only is this recipe tasty with a capital “T” it is healthy. Â It is made with no sugar or high fructose corn syrup. I can’t wait for you to try it.
Here is my recipe for gluten-free Honey Barbecue Sauce.

Gluten-Free Honey Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients:Â
2 – 15-ounce cans of organic tomato sauce
1 cup raw honey
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 TBS. Coconut Aminos
2 tsp. gluten-free fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Dump all the ingredients into a medium pot on the stove. Â Mix ingredients well and heat to medium temperature until bubbling. Â Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Â Use sauce immediately or freeze for future use.
