6 Restaurants With Delicious Gluten Free Menus

While there was a time not long ago, that people had never heard of celiac disease or gluten intolerance, it is not the case anymore. There are roughly 3 million people in the United States that have celiac disease. The numbers go up to 18 million when we estimate that many people are undiagnosed.  Even more surprising is the fact that almost 30 percent of Americans say they’re “interested in avoiding or cutting back on gluten in their diet,” according to research done by the NPD Group.  That is why I am so excited to share with you 6 Restaurants With Delicious Gluten-Free Menus!

As you can see there is a great need for safe food to be available in restaurants.   We have five people in our family who have celiac disease and I can’t tell you how happy we are that so many delicious restaurants have gluten-free menus!  An added bonus is also that chefs are being educated on the seriousness of gluten contamination and the ugly side effects of accidental gluten ingestion.  

6 Restaurants With Delicious Gluten-Free Menus

Chipotle Mexican Grill 

Delicious Mexican food!  A family favorite for sure!  Chipotle has Gluten-Free Options plus Responsibly Raised® Meat.  You can choose from many items like Burrito Bowls, Crispy Corn Tacos, Salad, Guacamole, and Homemade Corn Chips!

Bonefish Grill 

Oh, how I love this restaurant, where the chef comes out to talk with you just to make sure you get a safe gluten-free meal!  They have an extensive gluten-free menu that includes Mussels Josephine and Saucy Shrimp, Salads, Mahi-Mahi with a light citrus herb marinade, Scallops & Shrimp Skewer,  Steak & Lobster Tail, did I mention the garlic mashed potatoes!?!  Another bonus is the scrumptious gluten-free meals for children.   You really must try their gluten-free Chicken Marsala, you can check out their complete gluten-free menu HERE! 

B J’s Restaurant & Brewhouse

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is known far and wide for their Deep Dish Pizza but wait, now we can have mouth-watering pizza too! Additionally, all of  BJ’s classic ingredients (with the exception of their meatballs) are gluten-free, so you can customize your pizza the way you like it.  This is a great option to have available! 

Outback Steakhouse 

Who doesn’t love a good steak?  I sometimes get a craving for one, anyone else?  Outback Steakhouse has had gluten-free options for a long time!  I am so thankful for their complete gluten-free menu which even includes dessert options!  This company deserves our praise as they were one of the first to accommodate the needs of people with celiac disease! 

Uno Pizzeria & Grill 

It’s not just pizza at Uno’s!  They have a long list of gluten-free options that include, yes, pizza, plus salads, beef chili, chicken, and zoodles primavera!  

 P.F. Chang’s

Chinese food is so good!  P.F. Chang’s has 8 gluten-free dishes available and my favorite is the Mongolian Beef, well, and also the Lettuce Wraps!  Oh, my mouth is watering just thinking about their yummy food!
