No one is going to dispute that drinking water is a necessity of life.  Here are 20 Ways To Drink More Water!

Do you struggle to drink enough water?

Our bodies are composed of 60% water so as you can imagine dehydration can be a big problem for people.  Life can get busy and we forget to give our bodies what it needs to function properly. The fact is we need water and lots of it.

Drinking 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day has lots of benefits too.  Did you know that water affects your mood, reduces joint pain, and helps you lose weight!  It also makes your skin look great, feeds your body, and in recent studies is shown to prevent some forms of cancer.  That being said make sure the quality of your water is pure.  I have been using a water filter for 15 years and it is one of the few things I could not live without.

The question is, how are you going to remember to drink all the water that you need in one day?

Great post! Water with a lemon slice is my beverage of choice! However, drinking water during the winter months can be challenging. To make sure I drink enough, I give myself one hour to drink a glass and then fill it back up.
