I love the Fourth of July and all the meaning that comes with this strictly American holiday!  Patriotic fervor abounds and causes us all to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy in this country on a daily basis.   Sweltering parades and picnics seem to be as American as apple pie and baseball and I for one enjoy all of them.  I am so excited to share with you my Gluten-Free Fourth Of July Picnic Menu!

There is only one problem with the picnic part of the family celebrations for me and my family, we have food allergies and therefore foods prepared for picnics of any kind can be tricky territory.
