Three cheers for Pumpkin Pie Spice!
Have you ever looked at the ingredients listed on the multitude of Pumpkin Spice products? I have and all I can say is YUCK! I can’t even read all the ingredients and that is why I am so excited to present to you my recipe for grain-free, Paleo, sugar-free, gluten-free Pumpkin Pie Spice. It is all-natural and tastes AMAZING!
I have included some substitutions for people if they have an allergy to cinnamon or allspice which seems to be the most frequent allergy issue.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie Spice
Makes approximately 1 cup
Ingredients
6 TBS. grated cinnamon
4 TBS. grated ginger
4 TBS. grated nutmeg
1 tsp. grated allspice
1 tsp. grated cloves
1/8 tsp. finely grated dried orange peel
DIRECTIONS
- If you have whole dried spices, carefully grate or pulverize in a food processor.
- Dump all the ingredients into a clean pint canning jar and seal with a lid. Shake vigorously to combine spices. I store my spices in canning jars or old baby food jars.
