Do you know the difference between a crisp, cobbler, or a crumble?  Today, we will be talking about a Chrisp!   A crisp is a baked fruit dessert topped with a crunchy layer of ingredients usually including oatmeal and sugar.  Today, I am excited to share with you our recipe for Gluten Free AIP Berry Chrisp!

Berries are low in calories, low in sugar, and rich in several vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C and manganese.
One of the main reasons I love berries is because they are chocked full of nutrients and well, they absolutely taste amazing!  I grow several varieties in my garden, which is incredibly handy for making a good old-fashioned Chrisp!
