It’s been a journey for me to be able to live a simple wellness lifestyle. I’ve had to make choices, learn and try new things. As I sit writing this 5 and a half years after the diagnosis of my seventh autoimmune disease. I am so thankful that God has guided my every step. It is my prayer that my story will be an encouragement to you.

What I have discovered is that wellness is a combination of lifestyle and healthcare choices. I have intentionally chosen a slow simple lifestyle where good health is naturally achieved and maintained through daily habits.

My greatest wish for you is that as you live out your daily habits you will experience new levels of wellness in every area of your life.

Proactive Medical Care
Visit a healthcare practitioner of your choice to help diagnose health issues.

Informed Self Care
