This recipe for Gluten Free Baked Parmesan Spinach Dip is an old family favorite. Why? Because I have never had leftovers, never, not once! At my daughter’s recent graduation party there were two dishes that were licked clean and yet once again my Parmesan Spinach Dip was one of the recipes. What is my favorite part of the dish besides the taste? It is a dump, mix, pour and bake recipe! EASY!
An added bonus, this recipe is gluten-free, grain-free, and sugar-free. And did I mention that kids love it? It is high in protein and loaded with spinach which kids usually are not a fan of. They like it in this dish though.
